One platform. Two subsidiaries.
Looking Glass Robotics, LLC
Looking Glass Robotics is PonieTech's operating subsidiary, developing advanced robotics, teleoperation, and next-generation human-machine interfaces. Its flagship program, Project Juvet (Patent Pending), is designed to close the embodiment gap, the disconnect between human operators and the machines they control.
Rather than relying on mechanical vibration or force feedback, Project Juvet is designed to deliver touch through a bioprinted, biocompatible interface that engages the same biological pathways as natural sensation. The goal: the operator feels what the robot touches, through biologically informed feedback rather than an approximation of it.
The sensing side of the platform. Machines that feel.
Acheulean Biotech, LLC
Acheulean Biotech, formed in 2026, is PonieTech's second subsidiary. Its mandate is biohybrid robotics: the use of engineered living tissue as a means of machine actuation, working toward systems that move through biology rather than motors alone.
Acheulean is in early-stage development. Its tagline, "Building the Future of Living Machines," reflects a long-horizon research direction rather than a current product.
The actuation side of the platform. Machines that move.
PonieTech Industries, LLC
PonieTech Industries is a deep technology platform company operating at the convergence of human biology, quantum sensing, and advanced neurotechnology. Founded in 2023 by William G. Poole in Phoenix, Arizona, PonieTech is building toward a future where technology becomes a natural extension of the individual, grounded in biology rather than engineered around it. It is the wholly owning parent of both Looking Glass Robotics and Acheulean Biotech.
PonieTech was built on a foundational belief: that the most transformative technology is technology that disappears into life, systems that enhance human capability so naturally they become an extension of the person rather than a tool they operate. Across its two subsidiaries, the platform thesis is simple: one teaches machines to feel, the other to move.

William G. Poole
William G. Poole is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PonieTech Industries, LLC and its subsidiaries, Looking Glass Robotics, LLC and Acheulean Biotech, LLC, all based in Phoenix, Arizona. He founded PonieTech in 2023 with a clear vision: to build a platform that captures the convergence of artificial intelligence, quantum sensing, and biological engineering at the moment those three capabilities are simultaneously maturing.
He is the driving force behind Project Juvet, a next-generation human-robot interface designed to address the embodiment gap in teleoperated systems, bringing interaction closer to natural sensation.
William leads all aspects of the company, including technology development, intellectual property strategy, investor engagement, partnerships, and commercial strategy.
