Company Overview

Two companies.
One platform.

Parent Company

PonieTech Industries, LLC

PonieTech Industries is a pioneering technology and lifestyle company operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence, personal style, and wearable technology. Founded in 2023 by William G. Poole in Phoenix, Arizona, PonieTech develops innovative products designed to enhance convenience, self-expression, and personal fitness — products that meet people where they live, in the accessories and interfaces they carry every day.

PonieTech was built on a foundational belief: that the most transformative technology is technology that disappears into life. Not hardware that demands attention, but devices and systems that enhance human capability so naturally they become invisible — an extension of the person rather than a tool they operate.

Subsidiary

Looking Glass Robotics, LLC

Looking Glass Robotics is the inaugural subsidiary of PonieTech Industries, representing the most technically ambitious expression of the PonieTech platform vision. Looking Glass Robotics is developing Project Juvet — the world's first quantum-photonic human-robot interface built from engineered biological tissue.

Project Juvet integrates four independently validated technology capabilities — quantum ion-pair sensing, quantum key distribution communication, photonic artificial intelligence inference, and optogenetic haptic feedback — into a single bioprinted biological tissue construct. The operator feels what the robot touches. Not through a vibration motor. Through biology.

About Project Juvet

Project Juvet is an investigational quantum-photonic human-robot interface (QPHRI) developed by Looking Glass Robotics, LLC, a subsidiary of PonieTech Industries. The system integrates four independently validated technology capabilities into a single bioprinted biological tissue construct: quantum ion-pair sensing (1.4× beyond classical noise floor, Stanford 2024), quantum key distribution communication (92% photon fidelity, University of Innsbruck 2024), photonic artificial intelligence inference (sub-milliwatt, body-heat-powered), and optogenetic haptic feedback via ChR2-expressing cells (greater than 90% cell viability day 7, MIT Raman Lab 2024). The operator-side construct allows a human operator to feel genuine biological haptic sensation from a remotely operated robot. Project Juvet is investigational and has not been cleared or approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority.

Founder Biography

William G. Poole

William G. Poole is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PonieTech Industries, LLC and Looking Glass Robotics, LLC, both based in Phoenix, Arizona. He founded PonieTech in 2023 with a clear and ambitious mandate — to build the platform that captures the convergence of artificial intelligence, quantum sensing, and biological engineering at the moment those three capabilities are simultaneously maturing.

As the principal investigator and visionary architect of Project Juvet, William leads the development of the world's first quantum-photonic human-robot interface built from engineered biological tissue — a system designed to close the embodiment gap in teleoperated robotics through biological rather than mechanical means. The operator feels what the robot touches. Not through a vibration motor. Through biology.

William oversees all aspects of the company including technology development, intellectual property strategy, investor relations, partnership development, and commercial strategy. He is available for technical briefings, media interviews, and speaking engagements on the topics of quantum biology, wearable technology, human-robot interaction, and deep technology entrepreneurship.
