Careers at Looking Glass Robotics

Build the technology that defines what's next.

Looking Glass Robotics is building the team that will advance Project Juvet from early-stage development toward real-world application. We are looking for people who want to work at the frontier, not follow it.

Why Join Looking Glass Robotics

This is not a normal company.

Looking Glass Robotics is building at the convergence of artificial intelligence, quantum sensing, and biological engineering — capabilities that are simultaneously crossing from laboratory research toward practical application. We are not chasing a trend. We are working at a convergence point and building what that convergence could make possible. The work is hard. The problems are unsolved. If that is exactly what you are looking for, you are in the right place.

01 · Frontier First

We do not build what already exists.

We identify convergence points, build the underlying architecture, and work toward what comes next. This work has not been done before. That is the point.

02 · Depth Over Breadth

Deep expertise, cross-disciplinary fluency.

We hire for deep technical expertise in at least one of our core domains, AI, quantum systems, or biology, and build teams with cross-disciplinary fluency across all three.

03 · Build to Last

Every document. Every patent. Every protocol.

Everything we write is built to the standard of a company that intends to be here in twenty years. Decisions compound. Foundations matter.

04 · Small Team, Big Mission

Significant responsibility. Significant ownership.

We are a founding team. Every person carries significant responsibility and significant ownership. There is no place to hide and no reason to.

Hiring Roadmap

The team we are building toward.

These are the roles Looking Glass Robotics will build as it funds and advances through each development phase. They are shown here as our hiring roadmap — not all are open today. If your expertise matches one of them, we would still like to hear from you now, so we can talk as the timing lines up.

What We Offer

Built for people who care about the work.

Equity

Meaningful Ownership

Early team members receive equity that reflects their role in building something from the ground up. We are not offering a token position. We are offering a stake in the outcome.

Mission

Work That Matters

Project Juvet is designed to change what it means for a human to operate a machine. Applications span surgical robotics, defense, rehabilitation, and hazardous environments. The stakes are real.

Flexibility

Founders' Flexibility

We are a small founding team with adult accountability standards. We measure results, not hours. Where the role allows, we support remote and hybrid arrangements.

Growth

Category-Defining Work

The intersection of biology, bioprinting, and AI is a frontier with very few people working in it. Your work here will be recognized and published, not buried in a corporate portfolio.

Compensation

Competitive Base + Equity

Compensation is structured to attract serious people. Base salaries are competitive for a deep-tech company at this stage. Equity is meaningful and tied to vesting with founder-aligned terms.

Culture

No Politics. All Craft.

We do not have layers. We do not have bureaucracy. Every person at Looking Glass Robotics is here because they are exceptional at something consequential. That is the only culture we are building.

We are building something that has never existed before. That requires people who are genuinely excited by unsolved problems, not reassured by solved ones.

— William G. Poole, Founder & CEO
Our Culture

What it means to work here.

Looking Glass Robotics, the operating subsidiary of PonieTech Industries, is a company in its founding phase. Every person who joins us is a founder in every meaningful sense. They shape the culture, the practices, the technical architecture, and the commercial direction of a company that is being built from first principles. We do not have an established playbook. We write it together.

What we do have is a clear mission, a rigorous technical foundation grounded in published research, a provisional patent filed on the core architecture with a clear IP strategy, and a founder who has built the commercial and operational foundation of this company with the same precision the technology itself demands.

The work is serious. The people are serious. The opportunity is extraordinary.
