Built on a belief.
That the most transformative technology is technology that disappears into life.
Why PonieTech exists.
Every generation of technology reaches a moment when multiple capabilities converge and create something entirely new. The smartphone was not just a phone. It was GPS, camera, internet, and computing unified in a form people already carried.
We are entering the next moment. Artificial intelligence is moving from the data center to the edge. Advances in quantum sensing and photonic computing are expanding what can be measured and understood. Breakthroughs in biological engineering and bioprinted tissue are opening doors to systems that integrate with the body itself.
PonieTech was built to stand at that convergence point. Not to watch it happen, but to help define what comes next.
William G. Poole
William is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PonieTech Industries, LLC, Looking Glass Robotics, LLC and Acheulean Biotech, LLC, all based in Phoenix, Arizona. After 30 years in financial leadership, he founded PonieTech in 2023 with a clear and ambitious mandate, to build the platform that captures the convergence of artificial intelligence, quantum sensing, and biological engineering at the moment those three capabilities are simultaneously maturing.
He is the driving force behind Project Juvet, a next-generation human-robot interface designed to address the embodiment gap in teleoperated systems, bringing interaction closer to real sensation.
William leads all aspects of the company, including technology development, intellectual property strategy, investor engagement, partnerships, and commercial strategy.
"The convergence is not a prediction. AI, quantum sensing, and biological engineering are maturing at the same time. We are building the platform that captures it."
The facts.
Everything an investor, partner, or journalist needs to know about PonieTech Industries and its subsidiaries.
Technology that disappears into life. Not hardware that demands attention, but systems that enhance human capability so naturally they become an extension of the person rather than a tool they operate.
PonieTech builds machines from living biology. One subsidiary teaches machines to feel. The other teaches them to move.
Looking Glass Robotics
The sensing side of the platform. Looking Glass develops robotics, teleoperation, and human-machine interfaces designed to return a biological sense of touch to the operator. Its flagship program is Project Juvet (Patent Pending).
Acheulean Biotech
The actuation side of the platform. Acheulean's mandate is biohybrid robotics: engineered living tissue as a means of machine actuation, working toward systems that move through biology rather than motors alone. Formed 2026, in early-stage development.
Looking Glass Robotics.
PonieTech's inaugural subsidiary develops next-generation human-machine interface systems at the intersection of quantum sensing, photonic AI, and bioprinted biology. Its flagship initiative, Project Juvet, represents the most advanced current expression of the PonieTech platform thesis.
Acheulean Biotech
Acheulean Biotech, LLC, formed in 2026, is PonieTech's second subsidiary, focused on biohybrid robotics: the use of engineered living tissue as machine actuation. It is in its earliest stage of development. Learn more.
